Terms of Reference

1. The Communications Committee reports to the combined COMP Executive and CCPM Board.
2. The Communications Committee is responsible for enabling:
   
   • (i) all communications between the COMP Executive / CCPM Board and the memberships of both organizations;
   • (ii) for communications between the members; and
   • (iii) for communications to the public. The Committee’s responsibilities include InterActions (The Greek Medical Physics Newsletter), the website, e-mail bursters, and information brochures on medical physics.
3. The Communications Committee is chaired by the COMP Councillor for Communications, who is elected by the COMP membership and is a member of the COMP Executive.
4. The Chair of the Communications Committee will present a written report to the combined COMP Executive and CCPM Board prior to the Annual General Meetings of both organizations.
