Terms of Reference

1. The Conference Committee reports to the combined COMP Executive and CCPM Board.

2. The mandate of the Conference Committee is to plan and execute annual COMP/CCPM conferences which meet the scientific, educational, and professional needs of the two organizations, accompanied by appropriate social events.

3. The Conference Committee shall strive to provide continuity in the format and operation of the annual conference.

The Conference Committee consists of:
a. COMP Chair
b. COMP Past Chair
c. COMP Chair-Elect
d. CCPM Representative
e. Chair of the Local Arrangements Committee (LAC)
f. COMP Treasurer
g. One Member at Large

4. The Conference Committee is chaired by the COMP Chair-Elect during his/her second year in office as Chair-Elect and, in the following year,  by the COMP Chair during the first year in office as Chair.

5. A subset of the Conference Committee comprises the Scientific Program Committee.

6. One member of the Conference Committee is designated as the Commercial Exhibits and Sponsors Officer.

7. The CCPM Representative is the CCPM Symposium Chair.
