Terms of Reference

1. The Finance Committee reports to the combined COMP Executive and CCPM Board.

2. The mandate of the Finance Committee is to recommend a budget for all initiatives of the COMP and the CCPM.  It is the intention that the CCPM examination process be self-supporting.

3. The Finance Committee consists of:
a. COMP Chair
b. CCPM President
c. CCPM Secretary-Treasurer
d. COMP Treasurer
e. COMP Chair-Elect
f. CCPM Vice-President

4. The Finance Committee Chair alternates between the COMP Chair and the CCPM President.

5. Minutes of Finance Committee meetings are taken alternately by the COMP Chair-Elect and by the CCPM Vice-President.
