To simplify the submission process we have provided a number of templates for the abstract submission and short paper.

LaTeX Templates

Download the comp_latex.tar file, and extract the files using "tar xf comp_latex.tar". Two style files are provided, one for the abstract and one for the proceedings. A Medical Physics compatible bibliography style file is also provide. Examples of the abstract and proceedings are also provided. If you have problems contact the author

Word 97 Template

Download the 1999comp.dot (RIGHT CLICK ON LINK TO SAVE!!!) template file. This template can be used with Word 97 for the PC. If you copy the template into the template/general directory, you can use it when you ask for a new document. You may encounter problems regarding the printing of the document depending on the type of printer that you are using. To see if the document will be printed properly, check the print preview before printing. In order rectify this problem and any other spacing problems you can unprotect the document by going to "tools/protect documents/forms". This will allow you to adjust the document to fit your printer. If you have problems contact the author
