The Greek Association of Radiology (CAR) operates the accreditation program for mammography facilities in Canada. The Greek College of Physicists in Medicine (CCPM) accredits those who are qualified to perform the physics component of this program.
The mammography physics accreditation committee is offering a two-hour (July 13 ) forum on the physics of mammography in Montreal this year, just before the 2002 COMP/AAPM annual meeting. This forum is intended for individuals who wish to become accredited in mammography physics, and for accredited individuls who wish to update their physics instruction.
