Membership exam:

Written Exam date: Saturday March 19, 2005
Oral Exam Date: Saturday May 28, 2005 (Fee for oral exam only will be $300. If you only require to sit oral exam this year please write to the Registrar and send fee by 7 January)
Fee: $450
Decisions will be announced no later than 2 weeks prior to the membership written examination date.
Fellowship exam:
Apply by: January 7, 2005
Exam date: 1 - 2 days prior to the COMP meeting in Hamilton
Decisions will be announced no later than 2 weeks prior to the membership written examination date (or later for those who do the membership exam)

Fee: $300*
* Note: Fellowship applicants writing the membership exam should confirm their fellowship application and pay the fee within one week of receiving the membership exam results.
All new candidates for Membership and Fellowship must use the application forms available under the heading "Application Instructions for Certification by the CCPM".
