The Scientific Meeting will be held on the campus of McMaster University on July 6th to 9th of 2005. Your local hosts are from the Juravinski Cancer Centre, formerly known as the Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre. The COMP/CCPM Business Meetings will begin Monday July 4th, immediately preceding the conference. An Icebreaker Reception will be held on the evening of Wednesday July 6th.
Talks will be presented in Togo Salmon Hall, Room 120 on the McMaster Campus which is a short walk from the Mary Keyes Residence and Hedden Hall. Most refreshments and meals will be served at the CIBC Banquet Centre. The Icebreaker Reception will occur at the Faculty Club. All facilities are a short walk away on campus.

Westjet also flies to Toronto, by why would you? However, if you wish to fly with another carrier, Toronto is probably your nearest site, and transportation & entertainment is in abundance. Although Toronto is approximately an hour from Hamilton, typical traffic conditions shown below can make that journey MUCH longer!
COMP 2005 has been registered with Airways Transit, for discounted travel to the McMaster University area from airports in Hamilton or Toronto between July 1st and July 12th. You may secure reservations on the Airways Transit website. Please indicate the conference name (COMP 2005) to receive the special conference rate. Additional information can be obtained by downloading the appropriate forms for Hamilton or Toronto.
